Serves: 20 (makes 20 slices)
Time to make: 20 mins (Hands-on time: 20 mins), plus 1 hr cooling
1/4 cup liquid honey
100g reduced-fat spread
1/4 cup no-sugar-added, no-salt- added smooth peanut butter
1/2 cup apple purée
3/4 cup rolled oats
1 cup Rice Bubbles
5 Weet-Bix, crushed
1/2 cup sultanas
1/4 cup sesame seeds
1/4 cup sliced almonds
Step 1 Line a a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper. Microwave honey, spread and peanut butter in a microwave-proof bowl on 50% power setting for 2 minutes. Once melted stir in apple purée and mix well until smooth.
Step 2 In a large bowl combine all the dry ingredients and pour peanut mixture on top. Mix well and press into slice tin.
Step 3 Refrigerate for 1 hour or until slice is completely set. Cut into 20 slices. Store in an airtight container for 3-5 days.
