75g reduced-fat spread
1 1/2 cups dark chocolate buttons
15 milk arrowroot biscuits, crushed
1 cup mini marshmallows
1/2 cup dried apricots, chopped
1/2 cup sultanas
Step 1 Line a 17cm x 27cm slice tin with non-stick baking paper. Microwave spread and chocolate in a microwave- proof bowl, using 50% power setting for 2 minutes and mix well until smooth.
Step 2 In a large bowl combine all dry ingredients and pour chocolate mixture on top. Mix well and press into slice tin.
Step 3 Refrigerate for 1 hour or until slice is completely set. Cut in 28 slices. Store in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
